Classic Massage Therapy
The Swedish massage, also known as "Classic massage", is an oil massage whose roots can't be more international! Per Henrik Ling, the only Swedish element, teamed up with Ming, Chinese Massage Techniques (known as Tui Na) expert, to develop massage techniques based on the study of gymnastic movements. Dutch practitioner Johan Georg Mezger borrowed them to create the "Swedish massage" and gave French names to the 5 basic strokes on top most layers of muscles: effleurage (sliding or gliding), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (cross fiber) and vibration (shaking). It is also combined with joint movements.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy massage is Swedish massage therapy using massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils).
During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin. They are thought to promote beneficial changes in your mind and body by affecting the limbic system, a region of the brain known to influence the nervous system.

Relaxing Massage
When you experience relaxation massage, you can expect a treatment that involves: Long smooth gliding strokes that are rhythmic and flowing. Pressure that is deeply relaxing, but not painful. A treatment that is designed to soothe and relax you, not to relieve chronic pain or other underlying ailments.
